About Me
I’m a Creative Counsellor for Children and Teens in London, offering compassionate, play-based support to help young people navigate emotional challenges, build confidence, and feel understood- both in therapy sessions and within the wider systems around them.
I hold a BSc in Sociology and Philosophy from Oxford Brookes University and completed postgraduate training in Child Counselling at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE). I’m an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and am currently training in specialist trauma therapy to better support children affected by early adversity.
Over the past five years, I’ve worked with children and teens across London in schools, clinics, and online. My approach is child-focused and flexible, tailored to each child’s emotional and developmental needs, and designed to help them feel safe, heard, and supported.
