About Me
I’m a Creative Child and Young Person Counsellor based in London, offering creative, compassionate support to help children navigate emotional challenges, build confidence, and feel understood—both in therapy rooms and in the wider systems around them.
I hold a degree in Sociology and Philosophy (BSc) from Oxford Brookes University and completed postgraduate training in Child Counselling at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE). I’m an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and am currently undertaking specialist training in trauma therapy to further support children impacted by early adversity.
Over the past four years, I’ve worked with children and young people across London in both school and clinical settings, as well as online. My therapeutic approach is child-centred and integrative, tailored to each child’s unique emotional and developmental needs.
